Insurance and Rates
I currently accept the following insurances:

Out-of-Network (OON):
If you have OON benefits, I can provide you with a Superbill—a detailed invoice you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. It’s important to verify your coverage with your insurance provider to understand reimbursement rates and any out-of-pocket costs. Submitting Superbills can sometimes be confusing, but I am happy to help guide you through the process.
To make the reimbursement process easier, I also work with Thrizer, a service that simplifies claim submissions. Thrizer handles the paperwork on your behalf, helping you receive your reimbursements quickly and without the usual hassle.
Service Rates
- 53-minute therapy session: $150
- 90-minute initial intake session: $190
- 90-minute EMDR Intensive: $200
Sliding Scale
Ensuring equal access to mental health services is important to me. That’s why I reserve certain appointment times for individuals facing financial challenges. I offer need-based sliding scale sessions through the Open Path Collective.
Payment Policies
If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please ensure that you do so at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide at least 24 hours notice will result in being charged the full rate of the session. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting this policy.
Form of Payment
Payment is accepted through the client portal. Prior to your first session, you will be prompted to enter payment information. This information will be saved to your secure client file and will be charged automatically at the conclusion of each session. Accepted forms of payment include credit card, debit card, or HSA account.
Good Faith Estimate
I believe in transparency and trust in our therapeutic relationship. That’s why I provide a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) for counseling services for clients who are not using their insurance or who don’t have insurance. This estimate gives you a clear understanding of the anticipated costs before beginning therapy ensuring no surprises down the road.
The GFE outlines the expected fees for our counseling services, including session rates and any potential additional costs. By providing this information upfront, you can make an informed decision about your mental health care.
