Individual Therapy:

 I offer individual therapy services tailored to your unique needs, both in-person and through telehealth. Each session is therapy session is 53 minutes and is billed accordingly.

 

Our confidential one-on-one sessions focus on addressing personal challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions.
